By accessing and using WyzardAI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. WyzardAI is a Canadian corporation providing custom automation solutions for service businesses.

• Workflow optimization
• Report generation systems
• System integration services
• Custom software development

3. Service Agreements

Specific services will be governed by separate service agreements that detail scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These terms serve as the general framework for all WyzardAI services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Custom solutions developed specifically for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. WyzardAI retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific innovations.

6. Confidentiality

WyzardAI maintains strict confidentiality regarding client data, business processes, and proprietary information. We implement appropriate security measures to protect client information.

7. Limitation of Liability

WyzardAI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our solutions are provided "as is" with warranties as specified in service agreements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Ontario.
